To All National Sports Governing Bodies - Junior Pan American Games 2021 are now a reality
Leaders of the Pan American Sports Organization (Panam Sports) began the New Year with comprehensive discussions about the priorities and plans of the organization and one of those priorities was The Junior Pan American Games 2021.
The potential host cities are being reviewed and we will announce which city has been chosen to organize this great celebration of the youth in the Americas during the next Executive Committee in Costa Rica,” President Ilic said.
In addition to these Junior Games, Panam Sports is analyzing the possibility of realizing the Beach Pan American Games, an event the leadership will continue to research. However, the first Panam Sports Gala has already been confirmed to celebrate the achievements from the Pan Am Games.
“We already have the location where we will host this great party for our Pan American family. It will be in Ft. Lauderdale, right here in the United States. We want this event to be where we honor our most decorated athletes from the Pan American Games,” the Panam Sports President concluded.
The future of the Pan American Games and new sporting events, the Athlete Recommendations provided by the Panam Sports Athlete Forum and the continued development of Americas’ athletes and National Olympic Committees were a few of the important themes discussed in the workshop.
