Tyrone Smith has qualified for the 2018 Commonwealth Games Men’s Long Jump Final.
Competing in Heat 1, Smith recorded a top leap of 7.89m to finish 4th, Smith had a leap of 7.52m in his first attempt, before leaping to his qualification mark, he would pass on his third and final attempt heading into the Final.
Tre Houston finished 4th in Heat 1 of the Men’s 200m dash stopping the clock in a time of 21.67, his time saw him finish 40th overall, while Kyle Webb clocked 21.73 finishing 6th in Heat 9, that time put him in the 41st position out of the 64 starters.
