Julian Fletcher was back in action this time competing in the 2016 FINA Short-Course World Cup Series in Tokyo, Japan.
Fletcher took to the pool in the Men's 100m Breaststroke Preliminaries, Fletcher was in Lane 8 of Heat 2 finishing 8th touching the wall with a time of 1:02.77, Fletcher was .15 of a second faster than he was in Singapore, but he was .73 of a second off his record he set on December 3rd 2014 in Doha, Qatar at the World Championships.
