After bringing you Stage One updates, today www.islandstats.com brings you Kaden Hopkins was back in action competing in the 40th edition of the National Independence Cycle Tour in the Dominican Republic. Hopkins took to the Second Stage of the Seven Stages to compete on a 117KM Rider that saw him finish 82nd clocking a time of 2:46:48 finishing with the lead pack of 113 riders, he would also avoid a crash at the finish line. Jean Carlos Crispin won the Second Stage in his own province and together with César Marte and Deivy Capellán integrate a purely Dominican podium. Hopkins is 79th overall after the Two Stages with a time of 6:01:41, 8 minutes and seven second behind the overall leader. Robinson Gomez continues to lead after the Two Stages with a time of 5:53:34, Oscar Rivera was second clocking 5:53:46 and Alonso Zuniga was third with a time of 5:53:49.
