Only Swimmers competed in the Youth Commonwealth Games in the Bahamas.
Madelyn Moore finished 2nd in the Girl's 50m Freestyle Heat 5, to advance to the Final with a time of 26.74, during the inal Moore touched the wall in a time of 26.54 to finish 5th.
Jesse Washington was clocked at 23.79 finishing 3rd in the Boy's 50m Freestyle Heat 3, he also advanced to the Final. In the Final Washington finished 5th clocking 23.56.
Coach Richard Goodwin said, “This was a very pleasing way for them to conclude their participation in this meet. It shows their focus and dedication to the sport of swimming. It further indicates the progress they are making and has set a new standard for their future involvement.”
