Arabella Newport-Derbyshire continues her assault on the 8 and Under record books by setting a new record in the 200 Backstroke. The old record of 3:13.86 was set by Elan Daley back on February 16th, 2014 in Canada, Newport-Derbyshire would touch the wall in a time of 3:09.30.
