Germantown Academy, a private grade school based in Pennsylvania, began their Training Camp in Bermuda for a second time the team’s swim and dive training took place at the National Sports Center pool.
Despite not having a senior on their roster, the Boys and Girls Swimming and Diving team has plenty of experience.
Head Coach Jeff Thompson put his swimmers through their paces, they were joined by Bermuda Swimmers at the National Sports Center for an afternoon session.
National coach Ben Smith and assistant Richard Goodwin were also in attendance watching the local swimmers blend in along with their Academy counterparts.
The groups split into two spent time warming up to prepare for the training that was full of strokes, turns and starts.
The group is scheduled to compete in a swim meet on Saturday at the National Sports Center.
The Bermuda Swimmers of late have been burning up the pool, with several Records and Personal Best times established.
