Bermuda Carifta Swimming multiple Gold Medalist Emma Harvey was back in action competing in the Scottish National Short Course Open Champions.
Harvey is representing Millfield at the Championships which are taking place at the Royal Commonwealth Pool.
In the Women’s 50 Meter Freestyle Preliminaries, Harvey finished 8th overall and will swim in the A Final, she is also the fastest Junior Qualifier touching the wall in a time of 26.11.
In the Women’s 50 Meter Freestyle A-Final Harvey finished 8th, but was crowned the Junior Champion clocking 26.41.
Harvey will also compete in the Women’s 100 Meter Butterfly A Final when she finished 6th stopping the clock in a time of 1:01.98. In the Women’s 100 Meter Butterfly A Final Harvey touched the wall in a time of 1:02.09 to finish 8th overall, but she was the second Junior finisher.
