Eight swimmers from the Bermuda Sharks Swim Club began competing in the Richmond Hill Fall Classic Swim Meet in Toronto, Ontario.
The swimmers got off to a great start, claiming 8 Medals during the first night of competition.
Taylor Horan finished 9th competing in the 13-14 Girls 100m Freestyle clocking a time of 1:09.71 .
Marleigh Howes finished with a Silver Medal competing in the 10& Under 200m IM touching the wall in a time of 3:35.18.
During the Girls 11 Year Olds 200 LC Meter IM Daria Desmond captured the Gold Medal with a Personal Best time of 3:11.71 , Adrianna Argent won the Bronze Medal clocking a Personal Best time of 3:13.06 and Bella Howes finished in 4th place stopping the clock in a time of 3:17.20.
Daniel Kunst won the Silver Medal during the Boys 11 Year Olds 200 LC Meter IM clocking 3:09.01.
The Girls 10 & Under 400 LC Meter Freestyle Gold Medal was won by Marleigh Howes who clocked a time of 6:16.93.
Howes won the Gold Medal during the Girls 11 Year Olds 400 LC Meter Freestyle touching the wall in a time of 5:54.48, while the Silver Medal went to Desmond who recorded a time of 6:02.78 and Argent finished 4th clocking 6:11.80.
Amelie Argent finished 5th during the Girls 12 Year Olds 400 LC Meter Freestyle recording a time of 5:59.99.
A Silver Medal was won during the Boys 11 Year Olds 400 LC Meter Freestyle by Daniel Kunst who was clocked at 5:38.09.
Horan finished 5th competing in the Girls 13-14 400 LC Meter Freestyle touching the wall in a time of 5:35.97.
