Bermuda’s six young swimmers were back in action during the Mallards Long Course Challenge in Canada.
On Day Two the Bermuda team picked up three more Medals.
During the 13-14 Girls 100 Meter Freestyle Abigail Powell finished 22nd touching the wall in a time of 1:07.60.
Daria Desmond captured a Silver Medal competing in the Girls 10 & Under 100 Meter Breaststroke clocking a time of 1:38.75, Bella Howes finished 5th stopping the clock in a time of 1:40.94.
Tayla Horan finished 26th during the Girls 12 Year Olds 100 Meter Breaststroke clocking a time of 1:37.77.
Howes would capture her second Silver Medal on the day with a time of 33.75 during the Girls 10 & Under 50 Meter Freestyle, Chelsea Lomas was 9th with a time of 35.87 and Desmond finished 11th clocking 36.67.
During the Girls 12 Year Olds 50 Meter Freestyle, Horan finished 9th with a time of 32.02.
Lomas finished 7th competing in the Girls 10 & Under 200 Meter Backstroke touching the wall in a time of 3:09.83.
Howes won her third Silver Medal for the day when she clocked a time of 5:52.22 during the Girls 10 & Under 400 Meter Freestyle, Lomas finished fourth with a time of 6:08.78 and Desmond finished fifth clocking 6:14.43.
