Elijah Daley set the Etobicoke Olympium Pool alight with his Seven Record Breaking performance during the Central Region A Champs Winter Long Course Swim Meet.
Daley competing in the Boy’s 9 & 10 Year Old stood on top of the podium all seven times.
Daley claimed the Gold Medal during the 200m Backstroke clocking a time of 2:40.74, which broke his own record time of 2:55.75 set back on April 26th, 2016.
A time of 1:27.65 saw Daley break Mitchell Gariepy’s record time of 1:29.75 set back on June 26th, 2010 on his way to winning the 100m Breaststroke.
In winning the 100m Butterfly, Daley clocked a time of 1:11.81, breaking his previous record time of 1:17.65 set back on April 8th, 2016.
Daley won the 200m Medley recording a time of 2:38.71, which broke the time of 2:49.95 he set back on may 22nd, 2016.
Touching the wall in a time of 114.47, saw Daley break his own 100m Backstroke record of 1:19.84 he set back on May 15th, 2016.
During the 100m Freestyle Daley clocked a winning time of 1:04.92, which broke a 30 Year Old Record time of 1:08.91 set by Andrew Taft during the CCCAN in Puerto Rico July 1987.
In the 400m Freestyle Daley clocked a winning time of 4:54.63, breaking his own record of 5:18.74 back on May 19th, 2016.
