The Sharks Swim Club Winter Swim Meet took place at the BASA Pool. Two unofficial records were set in early action, both by rising star Sam Williamson.
Williamson will be no stranger to you our readers for breaking records was at it again, this time smashing the 11-12 Boy’s 100m Breaststroke record of 1:17.01 set by Keagan Wolley on December 6th 2015 during the Winter Age Group Championships. Williamson stopped the clock in a Personal Best time of 1:13.66.
Williamson then set a new 11-12 Boy’s 50m Breaststroke record touching the wall in a time of 33.54, breaking his own record of 34.56 set back on April 23rd 2016 during the Best of the Best #3 Meet.
Natalie Gazzard won the Girls 10 & Under 100m Freestyle with a time of 1:18.10, Adriana Argent was second in 1:22.11 and Marleigh Howes was third in 1:28.16.
Daniel Kunst won the Boy’s 10 & Under 100m Freestyle race touching the wall in a time of 1:15.59, Harlan Watson Brown was second in 1:20.50 and Flynn Watson Brown was third in 1:21.26.
