George Roberts, the son of Allan Roberts has had a remarkable season at Delta State University.
Roberts, started all 10 games at left tackle for the Statesmen, he led the team in knockdown and pancake blocks.
Roberts was given a graded of 90 percent on all blocking assignments, he played in 724 snaps for the season and he was named First Team All-Gulf South Conference.
Roberts spent three seasons as an offensive lineman under head coach Brad Smiley at Trinity Valley Community College, he was a member of the 2015 Southwest Junior College Football Conference championship team.
Roberts was also a Two-time C.H.A.M.P.S. Hot Bowl champion and he was named to the 2015 SWJCFC honorable mentions list.
Roberts played left tackle under head coach Jim Streety at James Madison High School in San Antonio, Texas, he was a member of the undefeated district championship team in 2013.
Roberts was named first team all-district and first team all-city that same season, he also competed in Basketball and Track.
