Bermuda's youngsters involved in the Power of One and Mirrors Programme had the opportunity of a life time when they got to interact, entertain and engage with current and former NFL Players.
In a day full of activities at the TN Tatem Middle School, the Premier Michael Dunkley welcomed the players and coaches, also complimented Power of One's David Bascome on his passion to get the message of support out across the island.
Wanting to have players who have had struggles outside the game, not players or former players who are currently on Probation, Bascome teamed up with the Department of Youth and Sports initially, before Mirrors and Kim Jackson got involved.
The message to the youngsters was primarliy their life stories of struggles and challenges, one player shared his story of being homeless but never giving up.
