Quinton Sherlock concluded competing in the 2021 Goldfields PGA Golf Qualifiers first event at the Achimota Golf Club in Ghana.
Sherlock started the day T33rd but after a Third Round 2-under par 69 to finish T26th.
Sherlock said, “We had some more showers day before yesterday. This made the course a bit softer and greens more receptive. I drove the ball well today and finally, my putter was working.”
“I knew that it was still early as we have another Qualifying Tournament coming in a few weeks, so with a solid finish I can position myself for the next Qualifying event,” continued Sherlock.
Sherlock concluded, “I am better positioned for a good showing next time to make the Finals/Championships in November.”
