Medicine Hat College is a member of the Alberta Collegiate Athletic Conference (ACAC) They finished the 2016/17 season 1st in their Division and second overall in the ACAC with a record of 18-3, losing 2 home games and 1 away game. They were also Bronze medal winners in last year's end-of-season ACAC Men's Basketball Championship.
