Mitchell Campbell and his Skidmore College Men's Golf teammates sit in 12th place after the first two rounds of play at the Jekyll Island Collegiate Invite, held at the Jekyll Island Golf Club.
Skidmore shot 298 on both days for a two-round total of 596 points. They sit two strokes behind Rhodes and Methodist University, who are tied for 10th and six strokes out of eighth place. Emory sits in the lead after 36 holes with 582 points, with Oglethorpe and Claremont-Mudd-Scrips two strokes behind in a tie for second.
Individually, Teddy Badenhausen leads Skidmore, nailing four Birdies on day 2 en route to a two-under 70 to sit in 12th place overall. Campbell is tied for 32nd with a total of 148 after two rounds. Gabe Rossi and Mackenzie Nelson are tied with 152 points, with Adam Reiskin (158) rounding out the Skidmore pack.
