Elizabeth Parsons and her Wagner College Women’s Golf teammates concluded competing in the annual Rutgers Invitational at the Rutgers University Golf Course.
Thirteen colleges competed in the 54-hole event, with 36 played on day one and 18 on day two.
This year, the Scarlet Knights welcome Albany, Boston University, Brown, Delaware, Fairleigh Dickinson, Hartford, Hofstra, Long Island, Rutgers, Sacred Heart, St. John’s, Seton Hall and Parsons’ Wagner all took to the course.
After her Third and Final Round Parsons was moved up 5 spots to finish T51st after shooting 9-under par 81.
Parsons’ Three Round total of 254 saw her finish at 38-over par. Parsons and her teammates finished 9th with a combined score of 101-over par with a total of 965.
Delaware were declared the winners with a Three Round Total of 55-over par 919, with Rutgers finishing second with a total of 780-over par 934 and St. John’s finished three strokes back in third place.
