Korey Simons, Matteo Dill, Malik Joell, Sajan Harvey, Jayden Ming and Quinnae Outerbridge represented St Johnsbury Academy during the VITA Weekend #4 Indoor Track Meet featuring Division I Non-Chittenden County Teams & Division II Chittenden County Teams.
Simons won the 300m with a time of 39.4, Dill finished 6th stopping the clock in a time of 42.0, Joell recorded a time of 42.2 which saw him finish 8th.
Harvey finished third in the 600m with a time of 1:30.81, Joell was 6th with a time of 1:34.03. Ming was 3rd during the 1600m, with a time of 4:52.56, Ming then finished 4th competing in the 3200m race with a time of 10:35.67.
Dill was a member of the St Johnsbury 4x200m relay team that finished 2nd with a time of 1:41.21, while Simons ran for another St Johnsbury 4x200m relay team that finished third with a time of 1:43.99.
Simons, Dill and Joell ran the first three legs for the St Johnsbury 4x400m relay team that won the event with a time of 3:51.50, Harvey was a member of a second place St Johnsbury relay team that clocked 3:54.27 and Ming ran the final leg for the third place St Johnsbury relay team that clocked 4:08.40.
Harvey and Joell ran legs two and three for the St Johnsbury 4x800m relay team that finished second in a time of 8:59.45. Simons won the Men’s Triple Jump with a top leap of 12.02m, while Dill finished third leaping 11.53m.
Outerbridge stood on the podium three times in the three races she competed in, she first won the Women’s 1000m race with a time of 3:26.34, Outerbridge helped the St Johnsbury 4x400m relay team clock the fastest time of 4:27.13, Outerbridge also ran the second leg for the St Johnsbury 4x800m winning relay team that clocked 10:24.90.
