David Patrick’s University of California Riverside (UCR) Men's Basketball Team despite strong scoring efforts in the second half, they fell short on the road to host Air Force 72 - 60. The Air Force offense kept them afloat throughout the game, but UCR struggled to slow an efficient Falcon attack.
"We didn't set the tone from the start," Head Coach Patrick said. "There were so many things we didn't do to begin the game that it gave them confidence, and you can't expect to win on the road if you don't set the tone in terms of toughness. We had too many lapses and didn't execute the defense game plan."
