The Bermuda Basketball Association's Elite City League continued with a single match inside the Somersfield Academy Gymnasium, where overtime needed for the Hoopstars to defeat Crossfire 55-48.
One point separated the two teams at the halftime break with the Hoopstars leading Crossfire 20 - 19.
Omar Wolfe had 7 points, 5 rebounds and a steal for the Hoopstars, while Greg Bell had 6 points and 3 rebounds for Crossfire.
The two teams finished the game deadlocked at 40-40, but the Hoopstars were able to pull away in the overtime period to record the 7 point win.
Clavert Lee led the Hoopstars with 13 points, 11 rebounds and 3 steals, while Conner Yates scored 12 points for Crossfire, he also had 5 rebounds, 4 assist and 2 steals.
