Amali Smith and her Wilberforce University Women’s Basketball teammates were back on the court picking up a 89 - 72 over Rochester (Mich.) in NAIA Women's Basketball action.
The win moves Smith and her teammates to 4 & 11 on the season.
Wilberforce outscored Rochester 16 - 13 in the first quarter, in the second quarter Wilberforce scored 20 points, but only allowed their opponents to score 16 points as Smith and her teammates went to the break up 36 - 29.
Wilberforce outscored Rochester 26 - 20 in the third quarter, they then outscored Rochester 27 - 23 in the fourth quarter.
Smith scored 8 points, going 1 for 5 from the Field and 2 for 2 from behind the Three Point Line, Smith grabbed 1 Rebound and 2 Steals in 17 minutes of action.
