Bermuda began taking part in the Caribbean Netball Association’s Jean Pierre Tournament in Barbados recording a 24 – 13 win over Trinidad.
Bermuda Starting Line-up: Goal Shooter - Donnauri Robinson, Goal Attack - Zekiah Lewis, Wing Attack - Micah Pond, Center - Zariah Amory, Wing Defence - Demiqua Daniels, Goal Defence - Inshan-nae Smith, Goal Keeper - Debre Evans.
Bermuda won the toss and took the game in hand from the first whistle out scoring their opponents 6 – 1 at the end of the First Quarter, the Second Quarter saw Bermuda losing a bit of momentum allowing Trinidad to claw back a bit ending the First Half leading 10 – 7.
The Third Quarter has always being Bermuda's best quarter and this time was no different, it saw outstanding defending, which allow for the attacking unit to gain momentum, showing skillful penetrating towards goal ending this quarter with a 18 – 10 lead into the final Quarter. As the game drew near to end Bermuda continued to utilize their hard court press which caused numerous turnovers and which they capitalized on as Bermuda got off to a good start picking up a 24 – 13 win.
Bermuda got 13 goals from Donnauri Robinson and 11 goals from Zekiah Lewis, subs not used were Kaamilah Nasir, Nabillah Nasir, Mi'Kerah Moore, Ryann Hollis, Selah Tuzo.
