The Butterfield Mile Trials took place at the National Sports Center.
Thomas Mills, Aaron Evans, and Colin Long finished one two, and three in the Adult race, Mills clocked a time of 4:53.7, Evans crossed the line in 5:09.7, and Long clocked 5:10.1.
Bella Wright was the first Female to cross the line with a time of 5:51.2 which saw her finish 11th overall, one spot back was the second Female finisher Gayle Lindsay who was clocked at 5:53.6, and Kristen Robinson was the third Female finisher and 16th overall clocking 6:08.6.
In the Senior School Division Tajahri Rodgers clocked a winning time of 4:57.8, Khari Sharrieff was second in 5:05.3, and Jake Smith finished third with a time of 5:11.3. Jaeda Grant clocked the fastest Female time of 5:27.2, she finished 7th overall, the second Female finisher was Fenella Wightman who finished 13th overall with a time of 5:57.7, and Shayla Cann was third with a time of 6:10.9 finishing 15th overall.
