Dage Minors won the 10th Annual BIGGSteps Toward Cancer Prevention 5K in Boston.
Minors was able to outkick Max McNeill, clocking a time of 14:43, McNeill was second in 14:45, and Colin Cernik finished third in 14:46.
Minors’ time breaks the previous record time of 14:48 set by Tyler Smith back in April 2021 in the UK.
AXA XL Man on the Run 5K
Thomas Mills won the AXA XL Man on the Run 5K crossing the line in a time of 16:47, Shannon Lawrence crossed the line in second place clocking a time of 17:28, and Moses Mufandaedza rounded out the podium with a time of 17:38.
Crossing the line in fourth place was Domico Watson who clocked a time of 17:55, Cameron Adkins was fifth after a time of 18:00.
Will Green crossed the line in 6th place with a time of 18:24, Alex Waldauer was the seventh runner across the line with a time of 18:43, while Philippe Froncioni finished eighth clocking 18:53.
The ninth runner to cross the line was Sam Boaden with a time of 19:38, and Philip Woollins was tenth with a time of 19:43.
