Trey Simons has recorded yet another win, this time breaking the tape during the Great American XC Festival - HBCU Challenge.
Representing Morehouse College in the NCAA Division II Men 8k Run, Simons clocked a time of 24:47.2, he finished 51 seconds ahead of the second place finisher Dessie Demlew from Benedict who clocked 25:38.0, third place went to Hampton’s Emmanuel Too who recorded a time of 25:42.8.
Moreshouse won the team title as well with a total time of 2:17:38, Benedict was second in 2:21:21 and Virginia Union finished third in 2:24:07.
