Cecilia Wollmann and Cameron Pimentel took to the waters of Veracruz as the Central American and Caribbean Games Sailing competition got underway.
Condition just off the shore line was difficult as light air forced the race officials to delay the start of the races, in the end only two races were completed on the day.
Wollman began sailing in the Women Laser Radial Opening Series, she finished 5th in the 1st Race of the day, she then finished 4th in the 2nd Race.
Pimentel is competing in the Men Laser Opening Series, where he finished 12th in the 1st Race, he then finished 7th in the 2nd Race.
