Spanish Premier Division side Deportivo de La Coruna have confirmed a 23-man travelling party for their pre-season friendlies against Nahki Wells and his Huddersfield Town teammates as well as Swansea City.
Huddersfield Town are worried about the team’s pre-season defensive record.
After wins against Guiseley and Leyton Orient, Town gave up three goals against Grimsby Town and four against League One Rochdale all of those in the first half.
Manager Chris Powell was also unhappy with the first-half showing, but pleased with how the players responded to a half-time rollicking and felt they should have had at least a draw.
He may have had a point, but with just Deportivo to come on Wednesday night and Barnsley away on Saturday before the Championship opener against Hull City on August 8th, the supporters are unsettled.
