Nahki Wells

A highly-disputed penalty and a deflected winner denied Nahki Wells Bristol City teammates an opening day win over Hull City.

Wells was an unused substitute.

The 70th-minute spot-kick, when Benjamin Tetteh went down without any contact for Ozan Tufon to score from the spot, and Jean Michaël Seri's shot off Timm Klose secured Hull City three points.

It was a frustrating end after a largely positive performance which saw Andi Weimann open the scoring on the half-hour mark.

Mia Fishel

Mia Fishel and her Tigres teammates defeated Necaxa Femenil 2 – 0.

Fishel scored early in the second half to break the deadlock, her goal proved to be the winner.

Kole Hall

Kole Hall and his Chester FC teammates concluded their pre-season preparations with a draw at Hyde United this afternoon.

Lewis Earl gave the Blues an early lead, before goals from Jack Redshaw and Eddie Brown put the Tigers ahead.

However, an emphatic Hall penalty ensured it finished all square.

Keziah Martin

Keziah Martin and his Kidderminister teammates rounded off pre-season with a comfortable 4-1 win at Halesowen Town.

Ayleal Dill

Ayleal Dill watched from the sidelines as his Eastwood started the season with a 1 – 0 defeat at Sleaford Town. Dill was not in today's team as he recovers from an illness.
