Swansea are interested in signing Burnley’s Nahki Wells, report Sky Sports News.
Wells spent last season on loan at QPR, and is likely available for transfer either on loan or permanently given he is quite far down the pecking order in Sean Dyche’s plans.
The Swans are in search of attacking reinforcements following the sale of Oli McBurnie to Sheffield United, and Wells has been identified as one such target to replace the 22-goal man.
According to Sky Sports News, the club has only made an enquiry as to the availability of the 29-year-old, so it is not yet known if Wells could make more than a temporary move away.
As a result, it is more likely that Wells makes his second loan move in as many seasons, after scoring seven in 40 games at QPR in his year spell last season.
