Nahki WELLS and his Burnley teammates ended pre-season on a winning note as Jay Rodriguez scored two second half headers to see off Parma.
WELLS came on for the final 15 minutes and added some lively attacks.

Reggie Lambe and his Cambridge United teammates picked up a point on the road to start the season with a 0-0 draw with Bradford City.
Lambe started the match that saw Cambridge reduced to ten men in the 61st minute.

Milan Butterfield started while Knory Scott was an unused substitute as Kidderminster and Leamington played out a 2-2 draw on the opening day after the hosts had come from behind to lead at Aggborough.

Osagi Bascome and Justin Donawa started on the bench for Darlington who had a poor first half performance that cost them as they went down 3-1 to Farsley Celtic at the Citadel.
Donawa did make an appearance in the 82nd minute.

Charleston in their first match since that Bus accident last week were undefeated at home going into the match, but they could not extend their streak against a formidable Tampa Bay Rowdies side who top the Eastern Conference with 43 points falling 5 – 0.
