X-Road’s with a 1 - 0 win over St. David’s created history for the club by clinching a promotion spot, X-Road’s have been involved in the Bermuda Football Association Senior League Football for less than twenty years, while Young Men Social Club ended a 37 year top flight drought with a 1 - 0 win over Wolves. Young Men Social have advanced to the Premier Division for the 2017/18 League Season.

FIRST DIVISION

Wolves 0 Young Men Social Club 1


After a scoreless first half at the Devonshire Recreation Club, Saki Tuzo scored in the 69th minute to earn them the points needed to officially be promoted.

X-Road’s 1 St. David’s 0

Jamin Furbert’s 74th minute strike was enough to get X-Road’s over the finish line and be promoted to the Premier Division with a 1 - 0 win over St. David’s.

Paget Lions 1 BAA 1

At the Southampton Oval, scenes at the end of the game with no press around to take the highlights as Paget and BAA drew 1 - 1. Y-Ron Astwood had given the Paget Lions the lead in the 8th minute, but in stoppage time that was added for time wasting BAA’s Jordan Dill scored, but the Paget players showed their disapproval of the added time.

Ireland Rangers 2 Hamilton Parish 4

At Malabar, Ireland Rangers were looking to pick up where they left off a week ago, however Hamilton Parish was not having any of it winning 4 - 2. John Hunt Tucker scored twice for Hamilton Parish, who also go single strikes from Nigel Tucker-Talbot and Tareek Webb, while Jiriko Powell and Kirt Brown scored a goal each for Ireland Rangers.

St. George’s Colts 12 Southampton Rangers 1

Donovon Thompson found the back of the net five times helping the St. George’s Colts defeat the Southampton Rangers 12 - 1 at the Wellington Oval. Jahron Dickinson added two goals, while Allan Douglas Jr., Charles Marshall, Jordan Darrell, Kyle Denbroke and Jarazhino Bassett all added a goal each. Dominique Hill scored the lone goal for the Southampton Rangers.

PREMIER DIVISION

Boulevard Blazers 2 Somerset Trojans 2


At the Police field, the Boulevard Blazers and the Somerset Trojans played to a 2 - 2 draw. Takeyhi Walker scored a stunner in the 12th minute to give the Boulevard Blazers the lead, but Zahkie Iris equalized for the Somerset Trojans in the 19th minute. Tahj Wade gave the Somerset Trojans the lead with five minutes to go, but Ian Coke would equalize for the Boulevard Blazers in the 89th minute.

Flanagan’s Onions 1 Somerset Eagles 1

At the BAA Field, Cardel Henry gave visiting Somerset Eagles the lead in the 7th minute, but Treshun Smith equalized for the Flanagan’s Onions in the 43rd minute as the two teams played to a 1 - 1 draw.

Devonshire Cougars 2 Devonshire Colts 1

At the Devonshire Rec. the home team Devonshire Cougars went ahead in the 1st minute when Shakii Pearman scored, but Kyle Jones would level the score at 1 - 1 when he found the back of the net for the Devonshire Colts in the 42nd minute. Trey Tucker would give the Devonshire Cougars the lead in the 67th minute and that proved to be the winner.
