The New Year is fast approaching – and that means the January transfer window is opening its doors!
It seems like just yesterday that the summer transfer window was in full flow, a period in which Bermudians and Huddersfield Town Fans in particular underwent a close watch to see if Nahki Wells was leaving John Smith Stadium.
You can imagine that clubs have been talking over player transfers for weeks before but nothing can be done officially until Sunday, January 1st.
Unfortunately, the window opens at the weekend so Monday will be the day to start getting excited.
Looking ahead to the close of the window transfer window – which some fans relish - it will slam shut again on January 31st at 7pm Bermuda Time. Some final paperwork on deals may be submitted the day after as long as the agreed deal has been received by the footballing authorities before the deadline.
Huddersfield Town's Wells could be a striker Bristol City as well as other clubs might take a look at trying to sign.
