The PHC Zebras and the Devonshire Cougars have advanced to the 2016/17 Dudley Eve Cup Final following their Semi-Final wins at the BAA Field.
PHC Zebras 4 North Village Rams 1
The PHC Zebras took a 1 - 0 lead in the 30th minute when Kadeem Abraham hammered home a shot from the edge of the box, Keishon Bean doubled the lead when he lobbed the ball over an advancing Tahj Bell in goal for the North Village Rams three minutes later. In the 79th minute Pierre Smith pulled a goal back for the North Village Rams when he found the back of the net, but the PHC Zebras two goal lead was restored in the 80th minute when Marco Warren found the back of the net, two minutes later Rakeem DeShields would find the back of the net to earn the PHC Zebras a 4 - 1 win over the North Village Rams.
Devonshire Cougars 3 Dandy Town Hornets 1
The Devonshire Cougars were looking to prove their 2-1 win over the Dandy Town Hornets a few weeks ago was not a fluke and they did just that coming away with a 3 - 1 victory. Christian Albouy gave the Devonshire Cougars the lead in the 19th minute, but that was cancelled out in the 47th minute when Eusebio Blankendal equalized for the Dandy Town Hornets. Lamont Brangman would give the Devonshire Cougars a 2 - 1 lead when he scored in the 89th minute and then Nyeem Simmons found the back of the net in stoppage time to earn the Devonshire Cougars the win.
