Six goals were scored in this Group A match at the Police Field, with the Dandy Town Hornets defeating the PHC Zebras 4 - 2.

The PHC Zebras went in front in the 33rd minute through an own goal, but three minutes later the score was level when Angelo Simmons scored for the Dandy Town Hornets. The teams went to the break with the score deadlocked at 1 - 1, this after they took three water breaks.

Idrees Sharrieff found the back of the net in the 53rd minute to give the PHC Zebras a 2 - 1 lead, but seven minutes later Drewonde Bascome would find the back of the net to draw the Dandy Town Hornets level. Caldre Burgess would give the Dandy Town Hornets a 3 - 2 lead when he found the back of the net in the 77th minute, Simmons would add his second goal of the game in the 90th minute to earn the Dandy Town Hornets the win.

North Village Rams 7 Robin Hood 0

The second game at Police Field was a Group B match that saw the North Village Rams record a 7 - 0 win.

The North Village Rams went ahead in the 15th minute when Keishen Bean scored, Pierre Smith would double the lead in the 30th minute. Nine minutes later the North Village Rams would go up 3 - 0 with a goal from Thomas Watson, the North Village Rams would take that 3 - 0 lead into the break.

In the second half the North Village Rams continued to pressure Robin Hood and in the 59th minute Bean would strike again to make it 4 - 0 to the North Village Rams, Bean would then complete his hat-trick with a goal in the 67th minute. An own goal in the 70th minute would make it 6 - 0 to the North Village Rams and when Kaiwon Dill scored in the 84th minute it made the score 7 - 0 and the North Village Rams would finish on top of the group going into the Semi-Finals.
