Jonathan Kodjia took his goal tally for the season to 20 with two goals as Bristol City thrashed Nahki Wells and his Huddersfield Town teammates 4-0 in their final home Sky Bet Championship game of the season.
Joe Bryan and the impressive Lee Tomlin also got on the scoresheet as Lee Johnson's team celebrated safety from relegation with an emphatic display, despite being without several first choice players.
RAI SIMONS – CHESTERFIELD
Rai Simons watched from the bench as Chesterfield confirmed their place in League One next season with an emphatic 3-0 victory over Bury at the Proact Stadium.
A first-half penalty from Jay O'Shea and a deflected Lee Novak strike put Chesterfield in charge before Dan Gardner sealed the win they needed to avoid relegation.
REGGIE LAMBE – MANSFIELD
Ollie Palmer scored the goal that gave Leyton Orient a 1-0 win against Reggie Lambe and his Mansfield Town teammates in the League Two contest at the Matchroom Stadium.
Former Mansfield striker Palmer scored on 49 minutes when he rose to meet a Lloyd James free-kick and send the ball into the corner of the net.
Both teams had golden opportunities to break the deadlock in the first half.
However after the break, Mansfield were denied a point by the woodwork when Lambe slammed a drive against the crossbar.
