Earlier this week, www.islandstats.com revealed that former Bermuda National team captain Shannon Burgess was elected as the Bermuda Football Associations 2nd Vice President.
The Bermuda Football Association held their Semi-Annual Congress Meeting at the Devonshire Recreation Club.
The post was made available after long serving Bermuda Football Association member and 2nd Vice President Gregory Grimes retired.
Devonshire Colts stalwart Burgess has served on the Bermuda Football Association Executive since 2010, he was previously Chairman of the Competitions Committee, but now holds the position of Deputy Chairman of the Competitions Committee. Burgess, the Head of Wholesale Credit at HSBC, gave www.islandatats.com the first interview since being elected.
