In the 54th minute Parfitt-Williams looked to break away but was tugged back in full flow with a Blackburn Rovers defender booked.

Another superb flowing West Ham move in the 70th minute saw Cullen spread to Parfitt-Williams, his first touch was exquisite and he tried to play in Makasi who had to check back, West Ham maintain possession and recycled it well so that won a corner.

It became end to end action in the 78th minute, with Blackburn Rovers almost equalizing from a corner, from which West Ham sprung forward with Parfitt-Williams who almost bursting through one-on-one but was crowded out at the last minute.

In injury time Parfitt-Williams continued to torment Blackburn Rovers, showing brilliant skill when he dribbled, Blackburn players could not get the ball off him. Minutes later the referee blew his final whistle to end the game seeing West Ham through to the Semi-Finals.
