Mansfield Town player Reggie Lambe will remain at the club for the 2015/16 campaign, previously Islandstats.com reported that Lambe’s was in the position of – Options of Re-Engagement Activated in Contract status.
According to manager Adam Murray, the club had taken up option on the contract of Lambe who played a key role in helping Mansfield maintain their Football League status last term.
“Everybody who we have offered contracts to, who haven’t gone elsewhere, want to be a part of this football club and what we’re doing here,” said Murray.
“It’s just a matter of discussing what’s best for both parties at the minute.”
He continued, “Lambe will be with us as we’ve got options on his contract. Obviously he was happy to be a part of what we’re doing. Lambe has been away on international duty.”
