The Competitions Committee have discussed the outcome of the F.A. Challenge Cup match between St. David’s vs PHC which was played on Sunday, January 18th. After much discussion and going over the Rules for the F.A. Challenge Cup Competitions 16 (a) which states:
The duration of all matches shall be ninety minutes. For all matches up to and including the quarter-finals the following will apply:- (a) In all rounds prior to the semi-final if the score is tied at the end of the match there is no overtime and there will be a replay. The replay will take place at the opposing teams grounds.
Therefore, please be advised that the F.A. Challenge Cup match between St. David’s versus PHC will be replayed in its entirety.
The BFA will inform the media once the match has been rescheduled.
