BAA took a 1 – 0 lead into the half time break in their Shield match against the Boulevard Blazers at the BAA Field.
These two teams played some three weeks ago with the Boulevard Blazers emerging winners 6 – 1, but the two teams come into this game on different paths, the Boulevard Blazers suffered their first defeat of the season on Sunday and BAA registered their first win of the season on Sunday.
The lone goal in the first half came in the 12 minute when Morricko Iris found the back of the net. Neither team could find the back of the net in the second half as BAA advanced to the next round of the Shield where they will face St. David’s at the St. John’s Field on December 14th.
