Jonte Smith and his PS Kemi Kings teammates moved into second place in the League with a 3 – 2 win over KPV.
The first goal of the game came in the eighth minutes, Kemi Kings workhorse Billy Lons won his team a free-kick, with Thomas Tyystälä scoring from the resulting free kick on the edge of the box.
Tyystälä managed to double the lead eleven minutes later. Toppari Alex Räihä sent a pin point long ball which was first controlled by David Bitsindou, his pass found Tyystälä who scored from close range.
After 30 minutes KPV pulled within one, they won a corner which was taken by Aaro Hedman with Kim Palosaari heading home.
KPV created dangerous situations early in the second half and it paid off after 55 minutes when they managed to level the match, the equalizer came in the same fashion as their first goal.
The cross this time found Mynitti unmarked and he made no mistake making it 2 – 2.
Kemi Kings had to withstand the KPV onslaught, with captain Tom Könönen creating a chance for Smith, who’s shot against the run of play beat the KPV’s goalkeeper Jonas Myllymäen in the 75th minute, but he watched his shot come back off the woodwork, with Jere Moilanen the first to react hit the winning goal from close range.
