At the Devonshire Rec. the home team took the lead in the 10th minute when Moses Steede found the back of the net, Mark Steede doubled the lead in the 36th minute as the Devonshire Cougars took a 2 – 0 lead into the break.
The second half did not produce a goal as the Devonshire Cougars have advanced to the Semi-Finals of the Bermuda Football Association’s FA Challenge Cup 2013/2014 Season.
Bistro Challenge Cup The Corona League’s Bistro Challenge Cup double header kicked off with the North Village Rams defeating the Flanagan’s Onion’s 7 – 1 in the opener and then Matthew Carvahlo scored a hat-trick to lead West End United to a 4 – 1 win over Lobster Pot. West End also got an own goal, Ryan Minors scored the lone goal for Lobster Pot.
