Braxton Stowe is looking to get back to his Saint Louis University Baseball teammates in a bid to win a starting position for the upcoming season.
On February 17th of this year Stowe grabbed his first base hit of his collegiate career after recovering from a knee replacement nearly two years ago. In a pinch-hit appearance in the ninth, Stowe hit a chopper to short that he legged-out at first. Though an error was credited, it was a part of a larger story for the junior from Bermuda.
Stowe would finish the season with a Batting Average of .235, he had 17 At Bats, with 2 Runs off 4 Hits, which included his first career home run on Saturday, April 28 in a 15-1 win over La Salle.
Stowe would also have 3RBI’s, in the Field, Stowe had 18 Catches, 17 Put Outs and 1 Assist.
