Adam Hall and his National teammates defeated the American team 5-4 in a rain-shortened 7 inning 2016 Under Armour All-America Game at Wrigley Field in Chicago, IL.
The game featured four lead changes, the last via a solo home run from Heliot Ramos in the bottom of the sixth inning to put the National team ahead for good, and to answer a game-tying blast from Royce Lewis a half inning earlier that nearly ended up on Waveland Avenue beyond the left field bleachers.
The game was halted by a lightning delay prior to the start of the eighth inning, and was eventually called due to lightning and heavy rains.
Hall who started on the bench was involved when Joe Boyle threw a scoreless bottom of the fifth for the American Team. He induced a flyout to Hall to start the inning.
