Daniel Phillips is set to take to the Tennis Courts later this week for the Bilbao Junior Tennis Tournament which is part of the Rafa Nadal Tennis Tour, this tournament is the last in this year’s series.
The tour started in January, with tournaments taking place across Spain. Tournaments have taken place in Barcelona, Seville, Valencia, Alicante and Bilbao.
Phillips is currently ranked 7th on the Tour Circuit and he is seeded 4th in the Bilbao Tournament.
At the end of this week’s tournament the scores will decide who the top 8 ranked players are on the Tour.
The top 8 are invited to play the Masters at the Rafa Nadal Academy in Mallorca in September.
