Mackai Whitter began competing in the 2018 LCA Sagicor 14 & Under Tournament in Saint Lucia.
Whitter playing in Group 5, went 3 & 0, Whitter defeated Saqiv Williams from Trinidad 5-4, 4-1, he also defeated Alexander Small from Barbados in straight sets 4-1, 4-2 and then he defeated Petterson George from Saint Lucia 4-0, 4-1.
Whitter finished on top of the Group undefeated.
