Day 3, End of Day Play - Kent lead by 109 runs with 7 wickets remaining
Delray Rawlins and his Sussex teammates will continue their first inning in their LV= Insurance County Championship - Group 3 match against Kent with the match evenly poised.
Yesterday, Sussex had earlier taken a first-innings lead of 111 after being bowled out for 256 with on-loan seamer Matt Quinn picking up four wickets.
Rawlins was out unfortunately LBW to a ball from Quinn who claimed his first wicket as the ball appeared to have pitched outside the line.
Kent resumed their second inning with a score of 138/2, after rain denied any action until 5pm, only 24 overs were bowled in the day.
Kent would move onto 220/3 a lead of 109 runs, Zak Crawley is the top scorer so far with 85, while Jofar Archer remains the pick of the Sussex bowlers with figures of 5-0-14-1, Rawlins bowled 17-2-40-0.
