Specsavers County Championship Division Two
Day 2 - Sussex leads by 113 runs with 3 Wickets remaining
Gloucestershire 200 Sussex 313/7
Phil Salt top-scored with 64 and Luke Wells made 42 as Delray Rawlins and his Sussex teammates established a useful lead on day two of their Specsavers County Championship match against Gloucestershire at Bristol.
The pair put on a century opening stand, but David Payne - who has 3 for 58 - inspired a recovery of sorts, cutting a swathe through the top order to restrict the visitors to 313-7 by the close of a stop-start day on which 23 overs were lost to bad light despite the County Ground floodlights being turned on throughout.
Rawlins was out for 10 after facing 24 deliveries, hitting 2 fours in his 31 minute stay at the crease.
