Sydney won the toss and elected to bat, they scored made 239/9 from their 50 overs, Matthew Rodgers was their top scorer with 115, Rawlins was dismissed for 11 having faced 17 deliveries in 27 minutes hitting one six.
Parramatta were restricted to just 163/8 in their 50 overs, Ash Squire was the pick of the Sydney Cricket Club bowlers returning figures of 10-0-37-3, while Rawlins had excellent figures of 10-2-20-2.
